EASY PRINTING OF YOUR MCOs!!!....
There is NO need to have a MCO printing company charge you extra money
to pre-print your company name and/or logo on each MCO before shipping them to you.
Our Word template file (.doc file) allows you to easily print all information on each MCO as you go including data such as
VIN number etc AND you company name
and/or logo all in one shot using any computer and any printer.
Of course laser printers are strongly recommended for important documents such as MCOs as ink jet printer ink tends to fade rapidly.
In fact if you afre using a color laser printer you can even print you company logo in color at the top of each MCO along with all of the data
on each unit all in one easy printing shot.
The idea of running these through the printer once first just to simply put the company name on the MCOs
was convenient way back in the old days decades ago when manufacturers typically filled in the data on each MCO
using an old-fashioned antique machine called a typewriter which unlike computers and printers today,
could NOT print large bold print or logos, etc....
But that antiquated and expensive idea is completely unnecessary today in the 21st Century thanks to computers and printers.
In fact, you can even print your company logo - in color in in black and white depending on your printer -
on the top of each MCO as you go all in ONE PRINTING SHOT along with all the data on each given unit!!

The manufacturer prints the data (hull number etc) on each MCO as they go and along with the data,
the same simple .doc file (Word file) allows them to easily print the data (hull number, etc) AND their company name and/or logo
on each MCO as they go - all in ONE simple printing shot! :)))))

Additionally, our MCOs comply with the DMV auto industry (AAMVA) standards for vehicle MCOs that are EXPECTED and/or formally-required by many
DMVs and other agents and we have added in additional data fields that cover all of the requirements that our research has
found from all state, local agencies that can be involved.
The MCOs you will receive can be printed on with either an inkjet or laser or dot matrix printer. . . or can be filled in using a typewriter.
. . . file that you will use to print the data specific to your project or vehicle, onto the MCOs when you receive them.
You can change about anything using Word or Open Office etc - insert logos, change serial numbers, etc.
HOW TO PRINT MCOs VIDEO:
Using, the printing template .doc Word file ( download above ), you can just simply input your data (hull number, etc) in place of the sample data and also
logo image if you wish, change the sample data like serial numbers, etc.
THEN Test print your template onto a blank sheet of regular, plain, white paper and hold the test print over the actual MCO in front of a strong light.
You will need to make sure everything prints exactly where you want it to.
You may NOT need to make any adjustments.
IF you do need to make any adjustments then to just move text to left or right, just use the spaces bar and backspace bar as needed.
To move text lines or areas of text up or down, simply highlight a blank line right above that area or line and change the font size of that blank line to move the area
or line below it up or down.
Repeat, retest, and readjust as needed - IF NEEDED - until perfect and then SAVE the file at that point, before printing on the actual MCO.
The back side contains the transfer spaces. Sign over the top space to the buyer.
